Privacy Policy
This policy describes what data the VIBE Afterschool website and program collect, how that data is used, and how it is protected. Last updated April 2026.
About this website.
VIBE Afterschool is an initiative of Juno Maps. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages at vibeafterschool.com.
What this website collects.
No analytics or tracking
This website does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tracking service. We do not track individual visitors.
No cookies
This website does not set first-party cookies. Third-party resources (Google Fonts, Font Awesome via Cloudflare CDN) may set their own cookies as part of content delivery. We do not control or access those cookies.
Server logs
Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, pages requested, timestamps) as part of their content delivery and security services. These logs are governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not access individual server logs.
If you contact us by email, we retain your message and email address for the purpose of responding. We do not add email addresses to marketing lists or share them with third parties.
What the VIBE program collects.
Aggregate data only
VIBE collects aggregate program metrics from participating schools: number of students enrolled, projects completed, guide visits, and champion feedback. This data does not include personally identifiable student information.
No individual student data
VIBE does not collect, store, or transmit student names, grades, test scores, disciplinary records, health information, or any other student education records. Student work belongs to the student and remains with the school.
AI tool data
When students use AI tools during the program, their interactions are governed by the AI platform's own terms of service and privacy policy. VIBE does not have access to student AI conversations or prompts. Schools are responsible for selecting AI tools that comply with their data governance policies.
COPPA and FERPA.
COPPA
All VIBE participants must be 13 years of age or older. This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Contact [email protected] to report a concern.
FERPA
VIBE does not access student education records. FERPA obligations remain with the participating school. If a school chooses to share student data with VIBE for any purpose, a separate data sharing agreement would be required before any data is exchanged.
External services used by this website.
Cloudflare Pages
Hosting and content delivery. Cloudflare may collect server logs and set security cookies.
Google Fonts
Web fonts (Inter and Lora) are loaded from Google's servers. Google may collect usage data as described in their privacy policy.
Font Awesome via Cloudflare CDN
Icons are loaded from Cloudflare's CDN. Standard CDN logging may apply.
We do not share personal information with any third party for advertising, marketing, or data brokerage purposes.
Access, correction, and deletion.
If you have contacted us by email and wish to access, correct, or delete the information you provided, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's information has been collected by VIBE, contact [email protected]. We will investigate and delete any such information promptly.
Updates to this policy.
We may update this privacy policy as the program evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will not materially reduce your privacy protections without notice.
