12 weeks. 1 advisor running the room (a teacher, counselor, or community volunteer with AI experience). 8 to 15 students. AI-fluent professionals from the community visit as guides when available, but are encouraged rather than required. Students bring an internet-connected device of their own. AI tools start on free tiers and shift to a ~$20/month subscription paid by the family during the build phase, with scholarships available. Every student ships one working project.
